A striking Louis XV style giltwood wall mirror featuring an exuberant Rococo frame with deeply molded acanthus leaves, scrolling C-scrolls, pierced latticework, floral accents, and prominent shell crests centered at the top and bottom. The hand-applied antiqued gilt finish lends warmth and depth while highlighting the finely sculpted ornamentation. The mirror retains its original beveled glass and substantial wooden back with hanging hardware, making it equally suited for a formal entry, living room, dining room, or above a mantel. A timeless decorative statement inspired by 18th-century French design.

Condition:
